BELONGINGS  Belongings left on the premises are entirely at the client’s risk. Any bedding supplied by the client must be clean and parasite free. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged bedding, toys, leads, collars etc.

PET ILLNESS & VETERINARY FEES  Clients must inform us of any medical conditions. Medical conditions may not prevent boarding but will enable us to take appropriate precautions. Any Veterinary fees / associated transport costs incurred whilst boarding due to illness or any ongoing medical problems must be settled by the owner of the pet concerned on collection. Veterinary fees will not be the responsibility of Warley Cross Kennels & Cattery unless treatment was required as a direct result of negligence.

MEDICATION  Prescription medication can only be administered as specified by a Veterinarian. Sufficient medication must be provided for the full boarding period. A service charge will be added if we need to arrange additional medication.  We do not feel it is appropriate to board insulin-dependent pets.

FEEDING  You must inform us of any food allergies prior to arrival. We always recommend continuing the usual diet to help maintain a normal routine. We stock a range of feeds and treats, which are available to boarders at no additional charge. The feeds we stock are Chappie (dogs) & Whiskas 1+ (cats).  For treats, we stock Markies (dogs) & Dreamies (cats).  Alternatively, you are very welcome to bring your own food and/or treats, which will be stored and prepared at no additional charge.  There is no reduction in the boarding rate if you supply your own food or treats.

AGGRESSIVE PETS  Clients must inform us of aggressive tendencies towards other animals or humans.

PETS SHARING  Pets can only be mixed with others from the same family if the owner gives permission.  Any pets sharing do so at the owner’s risk and we will not be responsible for any associated vet fees.  We may separate pets sharing if we feel this is necessary.  In these circumstances, an additional charge will be payable for the extra accommodation.

EASTER, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR  We are open for boarders throughout the Easter / Christmas / New Year period.  Please note Easter, Christmas and New Year Reception opening hours as detailed above. We charge double rates for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

PLEASE NOTE  Whilst every possible attention is given to animals in our care, all animals boarded do so entirely at the owner’s risk.  Unless contacted by the owner, we reserve the right to re-home any animals not collected within 14 days of the booked departure day.
