The annual health check & vaccination is mandatory before any pets may be boarded. No pets will be accepted on the premises without proof of vaccination.
Proof must be provided that dogs boarded have current vaccinations against Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, Canine Parvovirus, Leptospirosis, Kennel Cough and other relevant diseases.
Proof must be provided that cats boarded have current vaccinations against Infectious Feline Enteritis, Feline Respiratory Disease and other relevant diseases.
Proof must be provided that rabbits have vaccinations against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Diseases (VHD).

Collection before the booked departure day will incur charges for the full reserved period. We may require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Full payment for boarding is due on arrival. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, BACS or cash. We are unable accept payment by cheque.
8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm Weekends & Bank Holidays.
Please note the office is closed for arrivals and departures on Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Please be aware entrance gates are closed outside business hours.
Belongings left on the premises are entirely at the client’s risk. Any bedding supplied by the client must be clean and parasite free. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged bedding, toys, leads or collars.
PET ILLNESS & VETERINARY FEES
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions. Medical conditions may not necessarily prevent boarding but will enable us to take appropriate precautions. Any Veterinary fees / associated transport costs incurred whilst boarding due to illness or any ongoing medical problems must be settled in full by the owner of the animal concerned on collection. Veterinary fees, including flea treatment, will not be the responsibility of Warley Cross Kennels & Cattery unless the treatment was required as a direct result of negligence.
Medication can only be administered as specified by a Veterinarian. Sufficient medication must be provided for the full boarding period. We do not feel it is appropriate to board insulin-dependent pets.
Pets will be fed with their usual diet whenever possible. Where the normal food is not stocked clients should provide sufficient food for the full boarding period. If this food does not require significant preparation (for example cooking) then a daily discount will be applied.
Clients must inform us of any aggressive tendencies towards other animals or humans.
Pets can be mixed with others from the same family if the owner gives permission. Any pets sharing do so at the owner’s risk and we will not be responsible for any associated vet fees. We may separate pets sharing if we feel this is necessary. In these circumstances, an additional charge will be payable for the extra accommodation.
EASTER, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR
We are open for boarders throughout the Easter / Christmas / New Year period. Please note Easter, Christmas and New Year office opening hours as detailed above. We charge double rates for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Whilst every possible attention is given to animals in our care, all animals boarded do so entirely at the owner’s risk. Unless contacted by the owner, we reserve the right to re-home any animals not collected within 14 days of the booked departure day.
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
