Do my pets need to be vaccinated?
Yes, the annual health check & vaccination is mandatory before any pets may be boarded. All animals in our care must have up to date inoculations and certificates will be inspected at reception on arrival. Please be aware no animals will be accepted on the premises without proof of vaccination.

Dogs need to be vaccinated against Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis (Canine adenovirus), Leptospirosis, Hardpad and Canine Parvovirus. Kennel Cough vaccination is strongly advised.

Cats need to be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu.

Does my dog need the Kennel Cough Vaccination?
We strongly recommend the Kennel Cough vaccine. If you choose not to vaccinate against Kennel Cough this is at your own risk and our veterinary insurance WILL NOT cover any veterinary treatment associated with Kennel Cough. We will not admit any dog showing signs of Kennel Cough on arrival.

Can I bring my own bedding?
Yes, you are welcome to bring along your own bedding, please ensure it is suitably labelled to ensure we don't mix it up in the wash. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged bedding.

How often is my dog exercised?
All dogs are exercised in secure paddocks 3 times daily, unless the owner requests less. All dogs are exercised individually or in family units, we never mix dogs from different families.

What do you feed the animals on?
We always aim to feed your pets the same food as they are used to at home, and approximately to the same routine. Where your pet eats a variety of food that we do not stock, we ask you to bring that in with you. Please be aware that a discount is given if you bring your own food.

Can I have a look around?
Absolutely, you may view our facilities during business hours - no appointment is necessary.

Will you administer medication to my pet?
Yes, we will administer non-prescription medicine as directed by yourselves, prescription medicine will be administered as detailed by your veterinarian. Sufficient medication should be brought for the duration of the stay or to complete a medication course. We do not charge for administering medication, however if we have to arrange for additional medication a service charge will be added. We do not feel it is appropriate to board insulin-dependent pets.
